I love these guys! They are so accommodating and friendly. Above all else, they seem to genuinely care about their customer. The first time I used their services was last summer when my dog spilled water on my Mac Book. I was devastated because I was newly unemployed and had to pinch my pennies. (Besides that my car broke down in their parking lot.) However, they went over and above what I could have ever expected from a fix-it shop and they were very affordable. They won me over! These guys are Efficient and Affordable, i usually don’t write a review but could not held myself for not expressing the kind of service and response I got for the second time in last three months. First time it was my cell phone Apple had an appointment with so called Genius after two days available but then I found these guys and it was fixed the same day. My last visit was for my laptop and I had lost hopes on it but eventually came back with a better and faster laptop and that to in 24 hrs turn around time. I consulted these guys on whether replacing the battery for my cell phone would help me with the automatic on off issue. They told me battery replacement would help solve it. The replacement was done and it turns out, that’s all that my phone needed and now it’s working fine again. It was a nice experience.
Great service and very competent employees. I came with a broken mother board. That mother board was no longer being made so a refurbished mother board was ordered. When they inspected the computer they found the new mother board was broken. They then ordered a mother board with equal specs and the computer now works great.
